Do you bring all your own products, or do I supply them for you?

We bring everything we need — even our own vacuum and mop! The only thing we ask is that each bathroom has its own toilet brush, that’s it.

If you prefer certain cleaners, scents, or would like us to use your own vacuum or supplies, we’re happy to do so! Just please have them ready for us at the time of your clean.

Are you insured?

Yes — 4C’s Cleaning Services LLC is fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind.

How do I pay my balance?

At the end of your clean, you’ll receive an invoice via email. From there, you can easily pay with a debit or credit card — no account setup required. It’s quick, secure, and super simple!

When is my balance due?

Your balance is due by 7:00 PM on the day of your clean. This helps our team stay organized and ensures your next booking runs smoothly.


Who will be cleaning my home?

We currently have 2 amazing cleaners that will come to your home-Cheyenne and Kyla. Head over to our “Meet the team” section to find out a little bit about them!

Do you offer one time cleans or on-going services?

Yes! We offer one time deep cleans, move in/move out cleans, post construction cleans, and recurring maintenance cleans — weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

Do I need to be home for my clean?

Not at all! Many of our clients prefer to provide entry instructions or a key code. Whatever makes you comfortable works for us.

What if I need to cancel or re-schedule my clean?

Life happens! We kindly ask for 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
